Our journey began at a real estate seminar in Biloxi, MS where we first locked eyes, in October 2019. We connected thereafter, then engaged February 2022 and now happily married and partners in business. In April 2022, we discovered our way to bring value to others through Short Term Rentals and now Long Term Rentals as well.

What started as 1 property for an investor quickly turned to 3 then to 7 then 10 then next thing you know we have grown to where we are at today as well as helping owners/investors with Long Term Rentals.
All of this growth happened through "word of mouth" / referrals which says a lot about how we value relationships (the most important part of not just business but LIFE!!)

Hosting & managing properties has become more than just a business for us which provides for our family. We are here to serve you. We take pride in the ways we carefully and consistently bring value to those we host and do business with--it's how we sleep so good at night :) and continue to grow!

We are not only thoughtfully creating spaces where guests can relax, feel safe, and make meaningful memories we are helping owners/investors protect their asset while achieving a successful reliable return on their investment. Knowing that we bring our guests and our owners PEACE of mind, this is truly what makes this journey so rewarding and exciting!

We do not see properties as "another number," we thoughtfully brand each property, having its own unique name and style.
